These terms apply when you get a quote or place an order with Kwarka. By using the site you agree to them.
Quotes
Instant prices are generated from the geometry of the file you provide and the options you choose. They’re valid for 14 days and assume your file is printable as supplied. We may re-quote if a file is not watertight, needs repair, exceeds our build volume, or was measured in unexpected units — we’ll always confirm before charging.
Your files & intellectual property
You keep all intellectual property rights in the models you upload or describe. You grant us a limited licence to use them only to quote and produce your order. You confirm you have the right to have the part made, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
Acceptable use
We won’t print items that are illegal, that are functional weapons or their components, or that infringe third-party IP. We may decline any job at our discretion and will refund any payment for work not started.
Payment
We may ask for a deposit before production. The balance is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. Prices include GST where shown. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we don’t store card details.
Turnaround
“Printed by Friday” and other turnaround times are good-faith estimates from when your order is confirmed, not guarantees. We’ll tell you promptly if anything will take longer.
3D printing realities
Printed parts have layer lines and small dimensional tolerances inherent to the process. We quality-check every order, but unless we’ve agreed specific tolerances in writing, parts are supplied as-is for their described purpose.
Consumer rights & liability
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our liability for any order is limited to re-printing the part or refunding what you paid for it. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
